Nathalie Falmet
Having taken over the family business in Rouvres-les-Vignes, on the Côte des Bar in the Aube region, Nathalie Falmet is a true researcher, developing parcel-based cuvées and ageing in barrels and amphorae. The parcel-based cuvées simply bear the number of the cadastral parcel, allowing each Champagne grape variety to express itself individually. The estate, which extends over 3.40 ha of Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils, has been HVE3 certified since 2021. All the wines, from the brut onwards, continue to seduce and impress us year after year.
