Olfactively, this champagne is immediately flattering, with aromas of marzipan, honey, mirabelle plum, butter and coffee. On the palate, it reveals a sincere greediness against a background of ripe fruit, orange and chocolate. All in delicacy. The bubbles are fine and creamy, adding to its desirability. The finish is very long, but without overdoing it. A high-flying cuvée that you can be proud to share with your guests. Beware, the bottle format may be too small..

M. Marcoult

In the Marcoult family, Julien represents the third generation of winemakers. With his wife Florence, they harvest grapes from 9 ha in three areas: the Côte du Sézannais, the Côte des Bar and the Côte du Vitryat. It's possible to stop off and book one of the family's gîtes. On the cellar side, two ranges are available from the estate: Classique and Authentique, a selection of plot-based cuvées aged in barrels.
