You have to read the back label to learn that this rosé de saignée, disgorged in June 2017, is made from the 2007 harvest, ten years of aging on laths. This salmon-orange cuvée has a ripe nose, with roasted, fruity notes. The palate is equally rich, fruity and greedy, thanks to a well-balanced dosage. The finish combines bitterness and salinity.
