A delicate bubble accompanies this brilliantly golden blanc de blancs. The nose evokes the liveliness of citrus fruits and the sweetness of plums. There's also a hint of iodine. On the palate, candied lemons are matched by a hint of bitterness and a seductive salinity. Serve with salt-crusted salmon.
