This original cuvée is a blend of Chardonnays from three terroirs: Coteaux du Sézannais, Côte des Blancs and Butte de Montgueux in the Aube region. The 2009 vintage, already featured last year in our guide, was disgorged in June 2017, a guarantee of freshness. Always justly balanced, the palate of this still lively wine is ripe and rich, with toasty notes. This bottle could be served with blanquette de veau.
