A beautiful golden color for this cuvée, disgorged in 2021 after 20 years on its lees. Notes of reduction, peanut and smoked ham open the ball. The palate is very beautiful, powerful yet on the razor's edge on the acetic side, with really sharp acidity. A style that either adores or repels, but leaves no one indifferent. A champagne to enjoy with goat's cheese.
