Magnificent color for this 1998 with a complex nose of rusk, mushroom, candied ginger and toasted coffee. Superbly balanced on the palate, with rich, fine bubbles. There's nothing old about this wine, where evolution brings complexity. We love it and will enjoy its freshness with truffled poultry.
