Last year, we were literally captivated by the House's 98 and 88 collections. This year, we are delighted to discover a still very young 2004, marked on opening by notes of toasted sesame, fresh bread, fresh apricot and currant. On the palate, the champagne is full and lively, with all the power of its Bouzy terroir. The acidic freshness of the finish would encourage us to keep it for many years to come.
