We reiterate last year's verdict that this Pinot Noir red is one of the best from the Montagne de Reims. A year older, the wine hasn't aged a day, with a minty freshness enveloped by notes of leather and incense. It reveals finesse and purity throughout the tasting. Its delicate fullness on the finish makes it ideal for rich, fine dishes such as creamed veal sweetbreads.
