This rosé de saignée has an attractive mahogany-pink color. The nose is a compote of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, redcurrant), complemented by notes of crème brûlée and rhubarb. The palate, full-bodied, light and delicate, is quite original and concentrated. A fine bitter finish. Serve this rosé with warm foie gras with red berries or chicken tandoori.
