Crystal-clear, the lively bubbles rise up the chimney. The nose is superb, very fine, subtle, delicate and sensitive. The aroma is composed of notes of citrus fruit, white flowers and a hint of spice. Very complex on the palate, this wine is all freshness and elegance, revealing a salivating bitterness, caressing bubbles and a very long finish, sustained by the bitters. This champagne is perfect as an aperitif, with a caviar canapé.
