This cuvée is superb and stylish. The nose is complex, both fresh and delicate; it shows aromas of apples, juicy pears and white chalk. On the palate, the wine is straight and precise. Some may argue that there is a difference between the aromas in the nose and the flavours in the mouth; however, the spirit and the essence of the wine remain. A champagne with a very define style to open among amateurs.
