A clear floral olfactory expression for this pure Pinot Noir, which opens on the palate with a racy expression of Pinot. A far cry from artificial coatings, this is raw grapes for their own sake. The winey side is perfectly assumed, and you're delighted by the style, the frankness, the truth of the grape. A wine out of fashion, and so much the better!
