This Pinot Noir cuvée, with no added sulfur, has a rare floral quality that reaches you like essences. A young wine from 2016, but made from an old vine, this structured pinot is particularly sparkling and vibrant. Marie recommends it with Iberian ham or duck, but it could also be paired with beautiful low-temperature poultry. A must.
