A pure pinot noir from the warm 2018 harvest, aged in clay and sandstone amphorae. The nose is superb. It has a very fine, delicate side, with notes of white honey and ripe yellow fruit, but not compote. The palate is perfectly round, with clean, sapid tension. You'll want to drink it again and again, for its deliciousness and freshness.
