This 100% pinot noir champagne is produced without the addition of sulfites. The result is a wine with a golden color and extra-fine bubbles. On the nose, the scents are deep and particularly "natural". Notes of vine peach are followed by apple and elderberry. On the palate, the wine is tasty and full-bodied, with a very fine tension on the finish. A wine to enjoy on its own, or why not after a meal? Perfect.
