Although not dosed, this champagne is all roundness. From the very first aromas, the warmth of pastry aromas of cinnamon roll, brioche and stewed apricot envelop the nostrils. On the palate, under fine, present bubbles, the material is nothing but silky. Hints of yellow fruit and spice, followed by a slightly bitter finish. A true Christmas tale.
