Founded in 1975 by Jacques Copinet, this family-run estate is distinguished by its geographically dispersed vineyards, which enable it to reveal and highlight a variety of terroirs and vinify cuvées marked by their typicity. The house is generally known for its fine, sensual, almost sophisticated champagnes. Today, Marie-Laure and Alexandre Kowal-Copinet preside over the estate's destiny, and the vinifications are low-intervention and slow, with the wines aged in a variety of supports: fûts, foudres and clay eggs. Since the 2021 harvest, the 10.5 ha of vines have been certified organic. The wide range is highly recommendable, with chiselled, precise wines.
