Complexity and gourmandise are the watchwords of this cuvée. The world is powdery, lightly tinged with smoky vanilla, then becomes more gourmand with notes of custard and mirabelle plum clafoutis. The mouthfeel is delicate, the texture ultra smooth, underlined by beautiful pomelo bitters. The (non)dosage is perfect here.
