Three grape origins are equally represented in this cuvée, in order to respect the typicity of each: chardonnay from Cézannais, pinot noir from Aube and pinot meunier from the Marne Valley. The nose is fine and fresh, punctuated by notes of white peach. On the palate, the fine bubbles create a chalky, saline freshness. Drink as an aperitif with a 36-month Comté cheese.
