This is a rare white Coteaux Champenois, made from the three majority grape varieties in Champagne, in the 2016 vintage, vinified and aged 12 months in casks. The nose is straightforward and very pure. The palate matches it, with a marked liveliness and tension that undermine the mineral finish. This is a fine example of the region's still wines.
