A lovely light, salmon-pink color for this 2013 millisimée version. The nose doesn't overplay the red fruits, which seem to be sprinkled on a bed of complex wine aromas of yellow and white fruits, fine citrus and light brioche. On the palate, the sugar/acid balance is well struck, with a wine that is at once greedy, fine and chiselled. The finish is salivating and refreshing, making this rosé a gastronomic champagne to accompany raw langoustines with yuzu
