Superb nose of fresh grapes, rhubarb, crème brûlée and hints of dried fruit. The palate is greedy, fresh and airy, the result of the magic of the blend. The whole is particularly distinguished. In magnum, the wine is airier, more ethereal, more open, with a finish more bitter than acidic. Perhaps a step up in elegance from the bottle.
