With a vineyard of 242 ha and 410 parcels, nearly 70% of which are Grand Cru, the company, founded in 1776, is assured of a wide range of supplies. For the past twenty years, the brand has been converting to organic and biodynamic viticulture. As a result, 115 ha have been certified organic since the 2021 harvest. The wines, rather dominated by Pinot Noir, are aged in oak foudres, and reserve stocks are of vital importance for the brut premier, one of the best BSAs (brut sans année) in the region. In recent years, Frédéric Rouzaud, President of Louis Roederer, and cellar master Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon, have done remarkable work on the entire range, bringing it even greater finesse.
