This rosé, with its light, very fine orange color, reveals a nose of crushed raspberry, blood orange and redcurrant. On the palate, the fruit is well balanced, present but not overpowering. It gives way to a well-structured, precise "wine base" that makes this champagne equally well-suited to the aperitif and the table. A crisp, salivating finish brings the tasting to a close. Beautiful and good, still a little above the previous edition.
