This extra brut reveals a subtle pastry nose, with fresh, cooked yellow and white fruits, citrus zest and cooked spices. The bubbles are crisp on a fresh, smooth mousse. The palate is greedy and slightly stewed (pear, plum and mirabelle plum), with yellow lemon zest, minerality and freshness. This champagne, with its excellent balance and purity, offers a long, harmonious finish of just-harvested fruit.
