The first nose opens with white fruits, followed by roasted yellow fruits and sweet walnuts. Soft, chiselled bubbles play with a mineral mousse. Silky acidity coats a mineral, chalky, sapid and salivating palate, rich with citrus fruits (lemon) and perfectly ripe white and yellow fruits. Long citrus finish.
