This golden-hued cuvée delivers a pure, fresh nose of butter, walnuts, cashews, popcorn, toast and yellow fruit, as well as an incredible sensation of freshness. The microscopic bubbles are energetic and super-persistent, and the foam is deliciously frothy and delicate. The palate is silky and bright on melted butter, dried citrus peel and walnut shell. Notes of toast dominate from a beautifully fresh, crisp body. The finish of freshness, minerality and salinity goes on and on. A very, very great champagne to be savored religiously.
