The Chardonnays have been selected from the house's flagship vineyards, with an emphasis on renowned lieux-dits. Aged in our cellars for over 4? years, the result is a wine bursting with finesse and depth. The deep gold color is topped by a creamy, tenacious mousse. After a few seconds, the deep nose reveals aromas of citrus fruit, honeyed flowers and lemon cake. Voluptuous on the palate, this wine offers fine balance on a structure of fine bubbles and thirst-quenching acidity around the same notes as the nose. A sensual, serious champagne to be enjoyed with grilled scallop skewers with Béarnaise sauce or a fish terrine with green sauce.
