A very complex nose of fruit (fresh almonds and stone fruit) and flowers (iris and honeysuckle), with hints of brioche and fresh butter. On the palate, this wine reveals itself to be pure, straightforward and taut, with a lively, fresh and mineral (chalky) attack, giving way to an acidic citrus structure, completed by the same palette as the aromas. The finish is very long, where the acidity and bitterness of the almond make for a superb, mouth-watering and salivating match. Enjoy with creamy lemon risotto, sprinkled with toasted almonds.
