The nose is very elegant, developing around buttery aromas, pear compote, tangerine zest and orange liqueur. The palate is round and unctuous, seductive, with hints of licorice and a very floral patina. The finish is long and sapid, with no hint of the vintage's age. Pair with pike quenelles with Nantua sauce.
