Gault&Millau's review 2022
Now, with 10 years on the lees and over a year in the cellar, this cuvée has evolved even further, confirming that it is an exceptional cuvée made from equal parts of the 3 traditional grape varieties. This is a non-dosed champagne (0 g/l) whose color shows no hint of evolution. On the nose, it reveals notes of smoke, mirabelle plum compote, dried fruit and yellow stone fruit, with a light oxidative touch. On the palate, the iodized framework is persistent, with a mid-palate that already offers the beginnings of a patina, but remains delicious with notes of walnut and an originality that carries us away! Enjoy with a classic French dish: lobster thermidor.

Legret & Fils
Legret & Fils
In 1986, after studying viticulture and oenology, Alain Legret joined the family domaine, developing the business and creating new cuvées. The estate, located on the slopes of the Petit Morin and Sézannais valleys, now covers 5 hectares. The balance of grape varieties (40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier) provides a wide range of aromas, which are reflected in their cuvées. The estate has been certified organic since 2022.
