The house has designed a "So British" bottle, respecting the flat Victorian base. This blanc de blancs extra brut has an assertive character while retaining its noble character. Its brilliant straw-yellow color ensures a delicate effervescence. The fresh, subtle, cookie nose reveals white peach, quetsche, kumquat and candied lemon. On the palate, it's smooth and rich, with a texture of brioche-like dried fruit. The finish remains chalky with good acidity. Pair with sea urchin-crusted scorpion fish.

The merchant Joseph Perrier was the supplier to Queen Victoria and Edward VII. a family business presided over by Benjamin Fourmon, cultivates a style based on Pinot Noirs (12 ha out of a total of 23), which give an incomparable mellowness to the house's champagnes. The grapes come from the family's Hautvilliers vineyard, which accounts for a quarter of the total supply. These are highly seductive wines, always beautifully ripe. Nathalie Laplaige has been cellar master since the end of 2018.
