No dosage for this cuvée from the sunny 2009 vintage and a single plot in Cumières. The color is a remarkable old gold, and the nose is simply superb: baked apple, calisson and sweet spices intertwine. On the palate, the fullness of this round, chiseled wine is astonishing. The finish lingers with flavors of pommeau. A great Champagne wine for discerning connoisseurs.
