This rosé cuvée is predominantly Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (75%), with the remainder in Chardonnay. Fruit, flower and pastry notes combine with elegance and freshness in this smooth, taut palate. Crisp acidity, criss-crossed by fine bubbles, carries flavors of crushed raspberry, brioche and fresh orange. Balance and persistence could accompany poultry liver tartines with plum jam.

The merchant Joseph Perrier was the supplier to Queen Victoria and Edward VII. a family business presided over by Benjamin Fourmon, cultivates a style based on Pinot Noirs (12 ha out of a total of 23), which give an incomparable mellowness to the house's champagnes. The grapes come from the family's Hautvilliers vineyard, which accounts for a quarter of the total supply. These are highly seductive wines, always beautifully ripe. Nathalie Laplaige has been cellar master since the end of 2018.
