This 100% Chardonnay cuvée comes from Montagne de Reims crus. Its brilliant pale gold color gives off an effervescence of fine bubbles. The nose expresses itself delicately, first with meadow flowers, then with white stone fruits. The palate, invigorating and homogeneous, stretches from honeyed, spicy fruit to pomelo and a yuzu finish. A perfect aperitif or mealtime champagne to serve with sea bass with fennel.
