Only 1400 bottles for this blend of one-third Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, vinified in oak barrels. The nose is greedy, a little dominated by wood, but a fine, clean, precious wood. On the palate, the wine is rich, greedy and racy at the same time. Remarkable mouthfeel and great length. A very stylish, well-made brut nature, to be enjoyed with roast veal with morel mushrooms and Palo Cortado cream sauce.
