Gault&Millau's review
Established in 1964, this three-quarter Pinot Meunier estate is now run by Cyril and Clémence Jeaunaux. The 5.7 ha are mainly located in Talus-Saint-Prix (and 1 ha in Aube), on the slopes of the Petit Morin, 35 km southwest of Épernay, a booming sector that deserves the full attention of wine lovers. The winery practices organic viticulture, certified since 2018, and is moving towards biodynamic certification, whose methods it has been practicing since 1999. The wide range is particularly interesting, with fine expressions of terroir and parcels that must be tasted. One of the estates to watch.
