A pure Pinot Meunier made from 100% of the very attractive, unclaimed 2012 harvest. Decidedly, the domaine aspires to discretion, as the vines are classified as 1er cru, also unclaimed. The nose is worthy of a Montagne de Reims grand cru. Aromas of honey, encaustic and pomme de grenier precede a mouth of astonishing greed and freshness. The roundness and creamy texture, balanced by the chalky salinity, are in perfect harmony. A miller of unparalleled originality and a discovery for the guide! Such mastery should encourage this winemaker to take the plunge and consider converting to biodynamic viticulture, which would allow him to reach for the stars! Try with poultry curry with coconut milk, apples and bananas.

The Bourgeois family cultivates 7 hectares of the three Champagne grape varieties to offer a wide range of wines. Their work is focused on respectful, virtuous viticulture. The estate has been HVE3 and VDC certified since 2021. Jérôme is in charge of all vineyard work, from pruning to harvesting. Céline, who has worked in various vineyards, is in charge of the wine and sales side. She is also a member of the local winegrowers' cooperative.
