This cuvée is made with 60% of wines from the 2009 harvest, the rest coming from a solera of previous vintages. The bottles have been aged for 10 years on laths. The nose is very seductive with ripe fruits aromas. On the palate, this wine is a real delight. It is voluptuous, mature and fresh, with a pleasantly persistent finish. With an unbeatable quality-price ratio, this champagne is well-worth discovering.

The estate has been HVE3 and VDC certified since 2021. Jérôme is in charge of all vineyard work, from pruning to harvesting. Céline, who has worked in various vineyards, is in charge of the wine and sales side. She is also a member of the local winegrowers' cooperative.
