The bouquet opens with aromas of balsamic, clove and mango, enveloping notes of Viennese pastries. On the palate, the attack is restrained, but the freshness quickly gains strength, supported by present bubbles. The finish is taut, with notes of lemon zest that suggest a fish carpaccio.

Jean-Bernard Bourgeois

The Bourgeois family cultivates 7 hectares of the three Champagne grape varieties to offer a wide range of wines. Their work is focused on respectful, virtuous viticulture. The estate has been HVE3 and VDC certified since 2021. Jérôme is in charge of all vineyard work, from pruning to harvesting. Céline, who has worked in various vineyards, is in charge of the wine and sales side. She is also a member of the local winegrowers' cooperative.
