The winemaker created this cuvée just for the fun of it and released only 500 bottles. Despite the 22g/l sugar, the chalky notes from the terroir still come out, especially since wines from the 2013 harvest are added, along with wines aged in solera. This champagne would match well with steamed dumplings.
