This is the only cuvée in the house to undergo malolactic fermentation. The vintage has produced a rich, full-bodied cuvée with empyreumatic aromas of butterscotch and spices. Chalky, fresh, mineral and salty, it's the perfect accompaniment to a pot au feu of poularde and its heirloom vegetables.
