This cuvée is based on the same wine and blend (pinot noir and chardonnay) as the Private brut and Private brut nature cuvées. The dosage of 4.5 g per liter seems balanced and seduces with its fresh, digestible character. The finish gains in length and density, while offering a touch of acidity. Perfect as an aperitif with shellfish.
