Gault&Millau's review
The origins of this family estate can be traced back to the 17th century, but it wasn't until after the Great War that Pierre Jacquinot developed the company, whose vineyards now cover some 17 hectares. Today, Jean-Manuel Jacquinot, the grandson, and François Nicolet are at the helm, producing champagnes that are both subtle and vinous, with freshness preserved by the absence of malolactic fermentation.
