On a 2012 wine base of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, the absence of dosage preserves the wine's digestible freshness, enhanced by pleasant white fruit aromas. It's a pity that the finish remains a little dry and aggressive. Serve with oysters without hesitation.
