The cuvée is named after the date of construction of the wine press. Very expressive on the nose, with a greedy mouth, supported by a dosage of almost 10 g per liter, and creamy bubbles, the wine offers good density and retains plenty of freshness. The finish remains a little short. Ideal with red fruit desserts.
