Very expressive on the nose, with a greedy mouth, supported by a dosage of almost 10 g per liter, and creamy bubbles, the wine offers good density and retains plenty of freshness. The finish remains a little short. Ideal with red fruit desserts.

Today, Jean-Manuel Jacquinot, the grandson, and François Nicolet are at the helm, producing champagnes that are both subtle and vinous, with freshness preserved by the absence of malolactic fermentation.
