The nose reveals the full aromatic range of chardonnay and pinot meunier. Elderflower, apricot, white flowers and the famous pastry notes of sweet almond. On the palate, the bubbles are fine and discreet, the body rather thin, but the tension invigorating. A peppery note emerges on the finish, along with a pleasant sensation of ripeness. A festive champagne that's easy to drink!

J.M. Tissier

Since 1931, the Tissier family, originally from Chavot-Courcourt—a town located on the southern slopes of Épernay—has been cultivating vineyards. They use neither herbicides nor insecticides on their 6-hectare estate. The vineyard’s grape varieties consist of 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Pinot Noir. Wine is made in tanks, but also partly in barrels, depending on the cuvée. Jacques and Marie-Christine now run the estate, assisted by their son Anthony, who was named “Young Talent of Champagne” in 2021.
