A blend of chardonnay and pinot meunier for this "Ancestrale Vintage" cuvée, which comes alive with fine, clean bubbles. The nose is marked by very ripe exotic fruit and ginger aromas. On the palate, the wine delivers lovely spicy notes, an airy bubble and good overall balance. The finish is saline. A champagne for connoisseurs, with the right dosage, to be served with risotto.
