Scents of pastry and viennoiserie invite discovery, combined with aromas of roasted peach. The palate is less expansive, but still fleshy and well-balanced. The bewitching notes of the nose (white peach, apple pie) are repeated, and a refreshing acidity runs through the material, evoking a summer sorbet. Nice tension and elegant bitters sign the finish.
